Do you want to return your order?

You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that the item has only been tried on, is undamaged, and in its original condition. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

Please arrange the return shipment yourself via a carrier of your choice (e.g. DHL, DPD, or Hermes).
Include a note inside the parcel with:

• your order number, and

• the reason for the return (e.g. exchange, wrong size, refund, etc.).
