Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you still wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

Return Period

Returns can be registered and sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Processing Fee for Returns

For any return, a processing fee of €5 will be deducted.
In addition, the original shipping costs are non refundable.
The refund will therefore be issued minus these fees to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Exclusion for Size Exchanges

Returns or exchanges made only due to a size change are excluded from this processing fee.
In this case, handling is free of charge and no additional fees apply.

General Information

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Please send the return within the 14 day period.
Use proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Once your return has been received and checked, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
When contacting us about a return, please include your order number and the reason for the return (e.g. exchange, wrong size, refund, etc.).
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method that was used for the original order.
